As a Mom, and a dietitian, I have always been asked, 'what should I give my baby?' and 'please give me a diet plan' type questions and requests that cannot be answered in two sentences. Hence, when I thought of writing this blog, I realised that it would be great to add recipes that are healthy, wholesome and loved by our entire family, LO included. As a family, we only like food that is delicious, so note that the recipes in this series (Food for Family) taste awesome! Try them :)
